A man was hospitalised following an assault outside a pub in Blanchardstown in the early hours of Sunday morning.
The man (30s) was brought to Connolly Hospital after sustaining serious head injuries.
He remains in hospital but is said to now be in stable condition.
The incident is believe to have occurred at approximately 1.55am on Sunday morning.
A man was arrested but has since been released without charge — investigations are ongoing.
